I love this CD. I am new to meditation but have found that it is very helpful with regard to better sleep and less anxiety. This CD helps guide you through the meditation process and the art of freeing your mind so that your focus is on resting in The Lord. I do have to turn the volume down fairly low because the guided talk will distract me. However, the guided talk is also what helps me put my thoughts where they need to be. It's a matter of finding your balance. Listening to this CD quiets my thoughts and gives me the correct mindset where I can listen to The Word of God and meditate on it. I like it so much I bought one for my sister who is the one that suggested I meditate in the first place. This CD is worth the money. One last important bit of information... I only listened to the full CD one time because I always fall asleep about 15-20 minutes into it. It's that good! But I do recommend trying to meditate through the entire CD within the first weeks that you use it.

Listening to this CD was like a bath of calming sensations. Peaceful, beautiful and natural. Like it a lot.It came on time but being way too busy it took me a couple of weeks for me to listen to it for the first time.Sorry that I didn't open it up and listen to it right away. I'm so grateful I found this lovely, restful CD. After searching for a long time, I started making my own scriptural relaxation tapes. I found it hard to talk slow enough and get just the right music level. Candi has done a fantastic job of creating a soothing, beautiful CD that gives rest in God's presence. She speaks slowly and her words are definitely Christian, which I really like. Soaking music is something that is needed in today's fast paced world. I highly recommend this CD.

The Healing Waters CD is amazing! I purchased it to help with relaxation and insomnia. It was so soothing and so filled with God's presence. I loved the back ground music and the soothing voice of Candi. The CD allows you to truly relax, and feel that you are going on a spiritual journey with the Lord. I would recommend this CD to anyone. I actually am purchasing a few of her CD's as gifts!

I really like this. It is soothing and it is like meditating but with God. I am really enjoying it. I bought it to help me focus on healing since I have had 2 operations in 6 months. I am well on my way to healing. God is truly amazing and good to us!

I rarely write reviews and hate to write a negative review on a CD that someone is trying to share God's word but the over-pronunciation of each word in this CD is ridiculous. I didn't like it the first time I listened to it but was determined to try and like it so I listened to it a 2nd time and tried to get thru the whole thing and just couldn't do it. She sounds like she's talking to 3 year olds. This might of been pretty good had she of spoken in a normal voice and didn't put such exaggeration on pronouncing each word.

The female voice is soothing and the visualization is a nice change from similar CD’s. Contemporary messages as well as plenty of scripture.
