I’ve used it for months and it’s helped with sleep and stopping night cramps legs. However just after I ordered the latest bottle I realised that the soreness on my fingers is due to using this spray as I’ve been applying to my feet with my hands. I also thought I had a very difficult to heal case of mild athlete’s foot. Unfortunately it’s a rash caused by this spray. I now have a new bottle that I can’t use and they don’t allow returns.It’s a shame as it was good but I guess not for long term use. I’ll go back to taking capsules as magnesium is definitely the way to go.
