It Fits and works
Fits and it works. I don't push my patches muzzle to breech, so I don't use it to catch patches, just as an ECI.

It’ll work and half the price.
Works on the M1A. It’s just a mm or so to big. Sanded the end down just that little bit and perfect fit. Took me all of about 2 minutes to do by hand.

Nifty tool!
Really is a must have for all Garand owners! The action locks up in it making it impossible for the rifle to bit you fingers! It also is nice from the fact that the cup of the tool is good for collecting patches after run through!
