Dress fitted well but is very short, when it arrived it smelt like cigarettes so i had to wash it before i wore it

Fast delivery but it stinks!
It arrived quickly and it looks exactly like the picture, but it smells really bad. As soon as I opened the packet I could smell it and I've had to wash it and use fabric spray before I even thought about putting it on.
