Requires wireless transmitter WLA-NS7 for older models before 2023
It's a very good product and you can feel the difference while listening to songs when connected to a phone. However, the sound output is very low when connected to my Bravia XR TV. I mean even at level 60 it feels like 10. Later found out that for my BRAVIA XR TV late 2022 model it needs a wireless transmitter WLA-NS7 for the 360 Spatial audio / 3D surround sound effect to work which could cost anywhere b/w 5k to 9k more. I've ordered the transmitter which is yet to be delivered. I'll provide my review again after using it with the transmitter. It works as intended with newer gen Bravia TVs like the 2024-25 models which doesn't require the transmitter. Wireless transmitter is now delivered. I’m writing this part of review after few weeks now. Works excellent when connected via wireless transmitter wla-ns7 to 2022 model Bravia XR TV. Sound is louder and crisp as slew as immersive. Impressive product. Purchased the wireless transmitter from a different e-comm website as unavailable in Amazon.

Great alternative to headphones
Perfect if you've got a monitor/tv setup that you're going to be using by yourself and want a surround sound experience. Great for gaming as well. Great Battery Life, max volume and audio quality with a sleek look, much lighter than earlier neckband models

Served my purpose (nothing more)
In many online reviews I have heard people saying the sound surrounds you. Personally, I did not feel so. It is a good sounding speaker (no doubt in it). But it didn't blow my mind (I previously used: Sony Linkbuds, Obage OE-600 MT, Truthear x Crinacle Zero). May be I expected too much, as it is the first time trying a ~₹22,000 worth speaker Moreover, it has no basic controls, like for changing tracks, Voice assistant, etc. Despite all of these, it is a very comfortable to wear speaker with decent sound quality for listening to music/podcasts while doing my daily chores.. while still being fully aware of your surroundings.

Worst After sales services support.
No doubt Product is good but, I received damaged one, I told to sony service centre team to replace the product, but they are not ready to replace the product. Issue explanation Note: when I was unboxing Righ side driver has issue as well as both side driver has some Bass issue, same things I explained to service centre team but thay are denying that there are no issues found. Thay don't have any equipment to check the product issue. I would recommend don't buy from any ecommerce side like- amazon, flipkart etc. Really If you want to buy Then goto the Direct retailer shop, so that you can properly check the product before buying.

Incredible music quality with DAC or Bluetooth so clean and crisp high
Incredible sound quality and Dolby Atmos on my mobile, used with a DAC and also Bluetooth, is amazing. Outstanding performance. Crisp highs and mids, bass is sufficient; it's a proper balanced sound. As audiophiles, this fuller and wider soundstage feels like a 3D Atmos space around you. Feel your favorite song alone with your virtual world around you..
