These wrist straps/braces have been perfect for my issue with my wrist while it recovers from a repetitive strain. They're very adjustable from gentle, to a very strong wrap pressure. The velcro has held up to daily outdoor use and I've hand washed and air dried them a few times with no problems. Would definitely buy more if needed.
