This lipstick is the perfect shade of red. It is not orangy at all. It goes on easily for a matte lipstick and doesn't feel dry and tight like matte lipsticks can.Its a dramatic look, especially when paired with a red lipliner. I admit I am intimidated by matte lipsticks. So usually when I put this on, I put a layer of clear gloss over it. Yes, I know that defeats the purpose. But I'm inching towards being bold enough to wear it with the matte finish, like it is supposed to look.

I love that this product is vegan and cruelty free to fit my lifestyle. The color is lovely and rich. I thought this was a more plant forward product but I was wrong. The ingredients could be better, I'm not a fan of all the chemical dyes and definitely not the titanium dioxide and iron oxides. So this is a lipstick I would use sparingly due to its ingredients. I'd say the quality of the ingredients is ok not great. It's applies smoothly but could use more moisturizing ingredients because it does dry my lips and require me to add a moisturizer over it or under it. Smells ok. It's a pretty good value for the asking and the amount of lipstick in the tube.

I'm reviewing the O'Chain Matte Lipstick with Color #11 Cherry. This lipstick has a nice presentation, the casing is well made, looks very presentable and feels good in the hand. The lipstick mechanism is good, it's easy to turn the outer tube and the lipstick goes up and retract well. The lipstick itself has a nice faint scent, when I put it on my lips it went on smoothly, I always use a lip pencil to line my lips first. This Cherry color I would describe it as a "dark Rose pink" color, a bit brighter pink than a mauve color. I applied 2 coats and it is matte and opaque. I highly recommend this. *** If you look at the listing photos, the 2nd photo has 3 lips on the left side, it looks very similar to the lip color on the lips, but not the swatch color located on the right side. The lips color on the listing photo is more accurate.

This nude matte lipstick in Cherry is a stunner—think a deep rosy pink that feels just right for most occasions. The packaging feels sleek and sturdy, and the faint scent is subtle enough to not bother me. The formula goes on smoothly and gives great coverage in just a couple of swipes, but for me, it’s definitely on the drying side. This requires prep with a good lip balm beforehand, or it’s just not cute. I’ve also layered it with gloss or a lip coat to make it last longer, and that worked out pretty well.While I love the color and the vegan, cruelty-free aspect, the ingredient list isn’t my favorite (lots of chemical dyes). That said, it’s a nice choice for those times when you want a bold, matte look without breaking the bank. Just be ready to baby your lips a little to make it work.

I ordered the Cherry color. The shade was close enough to the picture to satisfy me. It's really difficult for the shade to be exactly spot-on. What I care most about is the warmness or coolness of the tone, since that will make a big difference in how it appears on your skin tone. It's more on the cooler side, which works best for my complexion. It comes in a nice high quality case, and the engravement of the company name on the lipstick itself is a nice touch. It applied smoothly and didn't tug. In my experience, most matte lipsticks leave my lips feeling dry. This one doesn't. It's matte but still feels moisturizing.

I love how beautiful the shade is (Cherry). It feels luxurious when being applied. You have to make sure that your lips are moisturized and not chapped when applied to avoid it looking drying. It does dry out a bit but if you moisturize your lips before, wipe off and then apply this lipstick, it looks wonderful. I also applied a lip coat one time to make it last longer and it indeed did. I would recommend this!

This lipstick is gorgeous. It is highly pigmented, and it dries down matte. It is not transfer proof, or at least not for me. It feels quite moisturizing despite the fact that it's matte, so that's always a plus! Overall, this lipstick is fantastic.
