Caramore (8.8 ounce)

As a lifetime lover of gjetost, this is over the top with an almost chocolately flavor of deep, dark caramel. I was pleasantly surprised as I never tasted this before & think it is amazingly good. it's a bit too high in carbs to be keto but dang, this could be a keto cheat food when in queso emergency you're praying to Cheesus for a treat.

This was purchased for my Stepson's project on Norway. "Brown Cheese" is something very popular there, so as an addition to the project we purchased this to share some Norwegian culture with the class. It has a creamy, caramel flavor. It was delivered much more quickly than expected, in a cooler packaged with ample icepacks to keep it cold.

Taste was really bad compared to Ekte geitost.

So sweet and delicious. Best caramel goat cheese ever!! We love it! I have to try hard not to just bite into it like chocolate. It's amazing. Don't waste money on other brands. Do this instead. You're welcome.

Gjetost WAS my favorite type of cheese. This stuff tastes like caramel fudge. I have to work very hard to control my portions because this cheese really is that delicious. Words cannot adequately describe how delicious this is!!
