I have been suffering from gastritis for a few months now. I know this product mostly works for reflux, but I have found that this provides a gel coating that sooths my stomach from inflammation. When I started taking this I began to hit my stride in my recovery journey. I am still on PPI's but I believe I'll be able to use RefluxRaft when I am weaning off of them shortly. It's a bit expensive and since I use it nearly after every meal I go through the bottle within a week and a half, I wish it was a bit cheaper but I'm keeping the subscription. BerryBurst is a good flavor and it's like a pudding consistency. Highly recommend!

I have LPR. I finally got off coffee. My throat has been very painful. I looked on Amazon.and read a long positive review. I do sleep with the head of my mattress up. I need to eat less and watch what I eat. After 1 day I could feel that my throat hurt alot less. Now I'm on day 3. I feel so much better. I believe my throat is going to get rest and finally heal. Thank you for this beautiful product.

This product is very expensive and I did not really notice any difference in my symptoms so I"m not sure about it's effectiveness it is. For me it did not work. Everyone symptoms are different so it may work better for someone else. You may need to take it long term however, I did not want to continue it. The taste is not terrible and the texture is thick. It did not provide ay specific pain relief. You may have a different experience since all of us need to use and try different things I guess. It is pretty thick but it was easy to get out of the bottle. I put it into a spoon but heard other's used a syringe doser. If it weren't so expensive I would try it again but for my dosage it only last a couple of weeks.

This didn't feel like a gamble before purchasing because I knew how its supposed to work and so many people swear by it, I of course had high hopes. (Sorry tmi but we are all here for digestive medical purposes after all). But for some reason it not only increased my heartburn but also gave extreme digestive discomfort as it moved its way through (if you know what I mean) and came out the other side with a gelatinous vengeance. It wasn't even the ginger lemon one either, which some say burns more, which is why I tried the berry. Again, no idea why this happened to me when it seems to work for so many. Idk if its possible to have an allergy to it maybe or smth? Or maybe this does happen to more than myself and I just haven't seen anything about it.. So on the chance that it just genuinely is not a cure all for everyone, especially due to how much this cost just to take it once and be in double the pain I was trying to solve and only to now be a complete waste, I have no choice but to give 1 star. Big sad. RIP raft hope. Going to try Dr Bergs (YT) advice on reflux next, who knows maybe he really is right. Adding this part in case anyone else ends up in similar situation from this product. I have LPR (silent reflux) and I recently read about this product helping to manage the symptoms. I have been using it for about 2 weeks & I have noticed a significant improvement. It does have an odd mouth feel, so swallow it quickly & follow with water, but the taste isn’t bad. Update: I tried a new brand of algenate & the other brand tastes SO much better than this brand.

I don’t even know where to begin.. I woke up one day and had really bad globus sensation due to constant acid reflux. I didn’t think anything of it, as it usually resolves after a day. Well, I found myself struggling with it for 3 months.. STRAIGHT. The mental toll it took on me is indescribable. I was dealing with postpartum recovery as it was, much less this constant feeling of strangulation and burping up acid 24/7. Reflux raft not only saved my esophagus and throat from the pesky symptoms I was experiencing, but it truly gave me a sort of normal life back. I slightly experience a bit of globus here and there, but I would say it’s a 2/10 as opposed to the 10/10 I was feeling. Thank you to the incredible physicians who formulated this! My mental health thanks you even more.

Works great. Alginate are better suited for gerd. PPI's are not for gerd
