I use the Mueller 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker regularly, and it has become a dependable part of my daily routine. The borosilicate glass carafe feels strong and well-made, and it pours smoothly without dripping, which makes serving coffee clean and easy. I also really like the reusable filter because it’s convenient, saves money over time, and reduces waste since I don’t need to keep buying paper filters. The brewing process is simple and straightforward, which I appreciate in the mornings when I don’t want anything complicated. It brews a full 12-cup pot fairly quickly, and the coffee comes out consistently hot and flavorful. The keep-warm function does a good job maintaining temperature without making the coffee taste burnt or overly bitter. The auto-off feature is another detail I find useful because it adds peace of mind if I forget to turn it off when I leave the house. The anti-drip system also works well, allowing me to remove the carafe mid-brew without making a mess. Cleanup is easy since the parts are simple to rinse and maintain. Overall, I’ve found this coffee maker to be practical, reliable, and great for everyday use. It doesn’t have a lot of fancy programming features, but it does exactly what I need—brews good coffee consistently and without hassle.

I’ve been using this coffee maker for just over a week and I drink a lot of coffee so it has already seen a bit of use. I specifically bought this machine because of its 12 cup capacity and permanent filter included. The machine makes 12 cups in about 10 minutes, the filter is easy to clean and produces good coffee. My only real complaint is the short power cord and somewhat flimsy construction but for the $30 I paid it is completely acceptable.

Bought this because my coffee pot needed to be replaced. I didn't need all kinds of special options. Just something to brew coffe. No clock? No problem. No timer? No problem. Automatic shut-off? Yes, it has that. Good quality for the money.

This 12 cup drip coffee maker is an excellent value, with great performance and a slightly more compact design than many comparable machines. The shorter, wider carafe helps with this, especially if you’re working with limited counter space or low cabinets. It’s very easy to use, just add grounds to the reusable filter, fill the reservoir, press the button, and you’re good to go. Brewing speed is on par with other machines, and it produces a consistently good cup of coffee with a nice balance in flavor. The reusable filter is a big plus, and the included scoop is a convenient bonus. Clear water level markings on both the machine and carafe make measuring easy, and the 2 hour auto shut-off works perfectly and adds peace of mind. The only minor drawback is that the filter basket holder doesn’t always lock perfectly into place and the lid needs a little extra push to lock it in place. Aside from that small nitpick, it’s a fantastic coffee maker for the price and a great choice, especially if you catch it on sale! Versatile, portable enough for an office setting, and all in all an excellent recommendation!

I was looking to replace my coffee maker due to leakage and came across this one on Amazon. The most important feature to me was auto shut off after 2 hrs. for safety. I had a friend that lost her house to a fire that was believed to have started from the coffee maker. I can’t take a chance like that when my dogs are left crated when I leave. I can’t count the times Ive had to turn around and go home to check the coffee got turned off. The second important thing was no bells and whistles. I don’t use them. This model has an on/off switch. That’s it. Great! The third was cost and this came in 1st in affordability for a coffee maker with automatic shut off. I understand this is a family owned business and I love supporting small businesses. Thank you, for a great product at an affordable price! Also, makes a great pot of coffee! Forgot that😂

I am a Starbucks girl through and through, but I really wanted to support Rocky Kanaka and his flip coffee brand. So I purchased what I thought was the cutest and user-friendly coffee maker and this did not disappoint. For one it is just so cute and the instructions were on an elementary school level so anyone would be able to follow these. on an elementary school level so anyone would be able to follow these. I absolutely love it. I just had my 1st cup of coffee in my home in over a decade and I just forgot how wonderful the house smells when coffee is being brewed. Very excellent machine if you just want the basics. The included basket makes it a notch above basic because you don't need to worry about coffee filters unless you want to use them. Mine stopped working after a while so I reached out to the company, and I had a brand new unit free of charge at my front door in about 3 days. (I'm in Los Angeles) The customer service is worth picking this machine over another one, and even if it wasn't under warranty I would have just bought it again for its ease of use.

Bought Gray. At first the burner plate and switch did not work as should. However, it was pluged into 6- pin outlet. Changed to regular wall outlet and so far is heating and functioning okay. Makes good coffee & shuts off after 2 hours. TIP/TIP: DO NOT USE WITH 3-PIN OR 6-PIN ADDITION ELECTRICAL PLUGS.
