Pokémon forever!
My grandson loved this! They shipped it in an envelope the first time and it was damaged. They promptly replaced it and shipped it in a box the second time!

Lacking Quality Assurance process
I purchased on Amazon sold by UltraPro International. The cover had defective cut like scuff marks on it. See photos attached. I contacted UltraPro through Amazon. UltraPro said to resolve this with Amazon. Sounds like too much of a hassle to get a replacement so I will try a refund. Hopefully I will get my shipping and tax fees back?
