I started taking these after doing research and deciding that these are the best multivitamins you can get right now, for the price. Unfortunately, I did not read the label entirely before purchasing. It contains wheat (which I am allergic to). It must not be a lot, because I don't have much of an adverse reaction, but I still plan on not taking the product any more because of this.PROS:- The ingredients are highly bio-available- Great potency.- Herbs, nutrients, and nutraceuticals together in one formula- I feel more alert and energetic on days I take them (I usually only take 2 of the 3 recommended dose, and have the same effects)- Great for the price.CONS:- Some dispute over where ingredients are coming from- Terrible smell and no coating means they taste bad as well.- Contains wheat and soy.

I recently discovered this product and find it to be very comprehensive and priced very reasonably for what it contains. Excellent service. Nutrients in the supplement are in their highly absorbable forms. I am on my second bottle of this product and sometimes combine it with Dr. David Williams' Daily Advantage Williams ( only 1/2 dose. to bring calcium and magnesium levels up to 500mg and 250mg respectively. This is because I only take three Green Multiple tablets a day. Life Force Green Multiple can be used as a stand alone product as it is that good. I am a bit quirky and sometimes do things a bit differently than other folks. In NO WAY does this detract from what in I say in the first two sentences of my l review.

Well packaged. Bought because of Source Naturals' reputation. As with almost all supplements, I take them for insurance and don;'t know whether they help or not. However, I am 78 and my husband is 88. I am a breast cancer survivor and he had an aortic valve replaced last year. Otherwise, we are in good health, don't have colds, etc, so something is helping!

I have been taking Life Force Green Multiple religiously for approx. 5 years. For those that are familiar with this product and have been taking it over an extended period of time, you no doubt have noticed that the pills have changed. They look different, taste different and act different. These pills are now to the point that they are more harmful than good. These used to be full of Natural ingredients. Now they are full of synthetic Chinese garbage. After 6 straight months of stomach and "bathroom" problems, I finally figured out that the only thing it could be was the Source Naturals Multiple Vitamins. After quitting taking these pills, it only took 3 days for my stomach problems to start clearing up. 1 week and and I'm back to normal, no stomach problems and "bathroom activity" is back to normal. These pills are full of synthetic Chinese compounds that your system/stomach do not process naturally. I have a buddy who used to take these develop kidney problems from them. Shame on Source Naturals for ruining this once great product.

Consumer Reports and recent research points us away frommultivitamins as there is no linkage to effect on disease risk. Plus,our nutrients are much more available from the food we eat.
