We love this sling!
My daughter is 6 months old and this is the first ring sling we have used, so I do not have much to compare it to. We had been using a Lillebaby carrier for the past few months and lately she does not seem happy in it as she would rather be carried on my hip than completely facing backwards where she can't see anything. I ordered the sling mainly for a wedding we were attending the night that it came in the mail. It was especially convenient during the reception as my daughter was so comfy and I was able to get food, drinks, walk around, etc. all while keeping her with me. It is also much better looking than an ergo-type carrier and multiple of people said it looked like a cute scarf and mentioned how cozy and content she looked it in. It did take a little bit to get situated the first time but after watching a few YouTube videos we figured it out. She has pretty much been in it ever since we received it. We used it hiking yesterday and it was perfect for keeping her close and also covered so mosquitoes couldn't get to her. Since it is summertime and I don't like to put bug spray on her, I pretty much keep her in the sling anytime we are outside of an evening to keep bugs off of her. Even when we are just swinging on the porch or sitting down, I loosen it so that she can sit on my lap and still be wrapped up. I purchased the honeycomb texture wrap so it is a bit harder to tighten than I imagine the other ones would be due to the texture being slightly bumpy when pulling through the rings. After washing and drying it once, it's so soft and cozy but also lightweight and not too hot. I will most likely purchase at least one more. We love it!!

Perfect! So many people forget appropriate boundaries when a baby is around, and want to touch baby without asking or thinking about spreading germs. Baby fits in this sling snugly, and I am able to keep her away from germy people. It also frees up my hands so that I can still be hands-on with my toddler, make myself a plate of food, etc. Definitely recommend!

Have baby, will travel
I would seriously give this 5 stars if I thought it would be comfortable at the 35 lb weight limit. But that is the only issue I have with this product. I actually bought this to replace a much pricier one after it was accidentally ruined. If any good came from that, trying this product is definitely the good. I actually like the Hip Baby better than the pricier one I owned. The material on this is soft and lightweight which makes it breath well. It is easy to adjust and doesn’t get stuck in the rings or bunched up as much as other brands I have tried. The fabric is sturdy and easily supports my 20 lb son in comfort. But it is soft enough that I really liked it when he was tinier as well. It has held up well to being washed more than a couple times. The shoulder design easily cups my shoulder without being too restrictive. The only con I see is that the fabric is not cushy enough to be as supportive as other products at the 35 lb weight limit. However cushiness tends to make a product bulkier and harder to adjust. If you plan to use this with a child under 30 lbs, or only for short periods of time, I think this is really a best option especially for the price.

Cute, but Not for me
I'm giving this a great review because, even though it didn't work for us, it was worth the try. I bought it for a trip so I could carry my 3 month old easily through airports. The problem I had was that my little one tries to straighten his legs a lot, and to stay secure in this thing, he has to keep his knees up in a sitting position. But when he gets antsy, he stands and nearly falls through. When he is seated and content, this is a stylish alternative to other cloth carriers, and it folds up easily to be stuffed in a bag. It's also really easy to put on and to put baby into.

Hand free cuddles
I always wore my babies so as I started to get more baby nieces and nephews I made sure I had something to wear them in the house. I've been using weekly ever since. The true saving grace of this sling for me was when the babies mamas went back to work and I needed to train these little guys to be ok taking a bottle. It went super smooth. They got the comfort of a firm swaddle and barely fussed the 1st time and not at all in all the times after. A night and day experience without the sling.

Not comfortable for baby
I wanted to love this ring sling. It was the first one I have purchased and I've had multiple babies. In the past I have used a Moby or Tula, but I liked the idea of a ring sling. I ordered the purple one because it was the lowest priced at the time. However, I think the material is different than the other colors. It can be difficult to tighten without it pulling down too much. It also leaves marks on my daughter's legs and she seems uncomfortable. I've watched many videos on proper use and there still seem to be issues. I think if the material was different, it would be much better. We stopped using it after a couple of weeks

Great Sling
Very comfortable. Material and stitching is high quality, and I anticipate this sling being useful for a long time. I've mostly been using it around the house with my 4 month old when she doesn't want to be put down. Is fast and easy to put on. I will use it outside of the house more when we start getting out more.

Great for brestfeeding!.
I love it! I used it everyday for a while and now no much bu probably when my baby girl hold her head we will start using it again!. I used it a lot for breastfeeding while I was walking, in the store, everywhere! If you find the way, it does cover pretty good to lay her down and feed her.
