I've been using these for around 10 months now. I tried others in between, but have gone back to these ones. Everyone will be different as to what they feel works for them, but these have been fabulous to reduce bloating and I can see and feel the difference in my gut health. Just remember, consistency is absolutely essential. You need to take them every day to see the effects. My daughter now takes them.

On my second bottle of these. I have found that they really help to relieve and even prevent any bloating and digestive discomfort. I wouldn’t be without them now. Stick to the advised dose of one per day. I tend to have mine after lunch.
