Smiffy's Men's Gun Slinger Hat

Great hat for the price! A nice adjustable band inside means this hat fit my very large headed husband as well as my grandson. It is a costume hat so don't expect a quality cowboy hat, but for a costume hat I thought the quality was great. It is a heavy felt and well shaped. If anything could be improved it would just be the hat band. The band is easily covered up with a quality hat band if you so desired.

For the price (~$11 total), this gunslinger hat really cannot be beaten. I went to my local western and bootwear store to look for cheap hats and their comparable felt hats were no cheaper than $35. I was skeptical about getting the hat since it was one size fits all and I have a rather large head; however, it fit fine and looked amazing with the rest of my costume. The band going around the crown looks a little cheap when closely inspected, but for a costume? You really can't complain. It's easily removed and replaced if you wanted to do that.Need a cheap costume accessory that doesn't look cheap or fall apart during a weekend of fun-filled Halloween shenanigans? Buy this hat.

The quality of the hat isn't great, which is why I bumped my rating down to a 4/5, but for the price, you really can't go wrong. There isn't a similar type of hat anywhere else that rivals this price point. It fits well, it comfortable enough, and is stylish, despite the quality being subpar. I would recommend it based off the price point, and stylish look.

This gun belt is unbeatable for the price. Thick, faux leather look. The holster will easily fit any replica/toy gun. It does not, however, include any belt keepers. Served its purpose well.

I wear a size 7 3/8 and this hat is a pretty tight fit. Hat was a little distorted from small box, but for the price its OK.

I'm conducting our orchestra playing the Theme from The Magnificent Seven and we're all wearing hatsfor this finale! It arrived only a few days after I'd ordered it. Only issue is part of the band around the crownpulled away and needs a little glue stick. It's not a real Stetson, but it's a great hat if you need for a costume. I feel like Yul Brynner already!

Seems like a fine hat, color and material nice, arrived very fast, but can’t adequately review beyond that because it is crushed beyond recognition as a hat once it has been opened. I tried popping out the cardboard to make it a normal shape again, but there is just nothing I can do to help the shape of the brim or one large unremoveable dent in the head part. Real shame, I’d purchased it for a showing of tombstone at the local theatre. I wouldn’t buy it, because (I’m guessing) amazon can’t ship it without ruining it.

The hat is more finely made than I expected. Overall, a solid cheap option for a costume or even just to use as an accessory. However, the box my hat was shipped in was far to small for it to fit in without bending over the course of the shipping. No way whoever packed this didn’t noticed it didn’t fit. Putting it back in the box now myself and I have to force it in. Just really sloppy work from whoever packed the box. I submitted a claim for a refund so depending on how that process goes, I could see it being a 3 star review instead of a 2. Overall just bummed that my hat for Halloween came all jacked up.

Christian Slater? ......... Young Guns II????????? ......... Anybody???Anyway, that was the design I wanted. It has all the flare and nostalgia associated with the western era. When men were men and women were woman. And hats were fantastic. I bought two Australian cowboy hats which are great. But they just didn't have the same style. The same appearance and swagger of the Christian Slater in Young Guns II hat......... Christian Slater? ...... Young Guns II?????? Anybody???Great film, great hat. And I eventually stumbled upon this Smiffy version of a cowboy cranial accessory. It looked the part, but once I received the product I came to be disappointed once more. It does NOT look like the showcased merchandise. The contours are far off, and the brim does not have the same subtle roll. It is not prominent at all, actually. And, the brim is wavy.That being said, I kept the hat. It will make a great Halloween hat. It is actually the one and only item I am willing to wear on Halloween. It looks pretty good.Despite my low rating due to the products inability to satisfy my quest for a true YG II replica, the hat is pretty good despite its flaws. I do recommend it if you want a nice cowboy hat for certain occasions.YEE HAW!!!

Following a drunken night playing Red Dead Redemption 2 this hat tuned up at my work place a few days later...Obviously I thought it would enhance my game playing skills and to be fair I think it does.To be fair it looks and feel like it costs a lot more than it does it is a good size and will fit most adult sized heads as it has an elasticated band sewn into it so it sits snug if you have a smaller head. I have an usually large head and it just about fits. It has survived the Grandchildren which to be fair speaks volumes for the quality. Definitely value for money.
