I had to buy this Yoga tape twice ??
I don't know how to reach the merchant for this Yoga tape. I purchased this first on March 16, 2020, and when the tape arrived in a shrink-wrapped black plastic case there was no tape inside. Unlike me, I did not open it for a few weeks after receiving it because of the pandemic. So, I had to reorder it on October 12, 2020 and then hope. It arrived and gladly this time there was a tape within. I would like the merchant to contact me directly, nonetheless. There's something wrong with their security or quality control that they need to hear; and other customers may benefit also as a result. Amazon, obviously I'm going to need your cooperation with this --- I'd appreciate that greatly !! Thanks, John F.

Great for Baby Boomers
I have never been very flexible and my balance needed some help as I got older. This yoga program is just what I needed. I have many yoga dvd's I watched, couldn't do and just threw in the back of a drawer. Not so with this one - it is a keeper for me. It takes about one hour and 15 minutes to go through the entire program but, once you are familiar with the various sections, that is what I think is best to do. It starts with breathing, stretching, then balance and strength and ends with relaxation. All these sections are important so I do them all each time.Peggy gives very explicit instructions along the way so it is very easy to follow. She also goes at a pace that is slow enough to do the poses properly. This would definitely be best for beginners or older people as young and flexible people will find it slow and too easy I am sure. For me, it is still a challenge but I can see improvement after only about a month of doing it once a week. I do tai chi, stretching and meditation daily so that is why I only do it once a week. For those who have no other practices they do, I would think that two or three times a week would be better.Fellow baby boomers, this is the yoga dvd for you.

At Any Age This Will Improve Your Life
I’ve been doing Kathrine Roberts Yoga For Golfers for about two years. Recently I was surfing through the channels on TV and came across Peggy on PBS. Having watched her program I ordered her video and have now incorproated much of it into my other routine. Some of the stretch’s and particularly the balance poses are an exceptional addition as is the cool down. So now I rotate the new and improved Yoga For Golfers routine one day and Secrets to Strength and Balance the next. As a 69 year old man I can tell you that Peggy’s Yoga program will improve your life beyond your expectations, and for any golfers out there the combimation of these two yoga routines will have you hitting the ball farther and straighter than you would ever believed. At my age I’m a consistent 240 with my driver. I would only add (and I hope you’re reading this Peggy) this video is worth a lot more than you’re charging.

Perfect video for lifetime fitness
This video is divided into sections so you can practice based on the time you have and your needs. The demonstrations show how the postures are performed for those who have problems, for those who are very fit and for those in-between, which I am. This video is a tresure.

Great for seniors and people new to yoga
I really like this DVD. She is wonderful to follow and great for seniors. My only complaint is that the DVD is not a real clear, crisp picture and appears to be a bit blurry for lack of a better word.

Good for rehab or newbies to yoga
If you are just starting out with yoga or rehabiliting from an injury this is the DVD for you. Peggy explains every movement before it's performed. There three participates - one that is always performing the movements seats, one that requires a chair for balance and one that performs the moves for the experienced yogi. The DVD is divided into five seciions so the user has the option to complete the entire program or pick one section; i.e. breathing, seated warm-up, etc. I do find the DVD a little slow but that's the point as it's geared towards people wanting to develop their strength and balance.

Highly recommended
In this DVD, Peggy really makes us achieve much more balance. I was amazed at how I could actually attain balance in the majority of her poses the first time I did it. I love the whole program and feel confident that I will also achieve much more strength in my body as well as balance as I work with her. Every DVD I have purchased of hers is perfect for therapeutic as well as gentle Yoga in my life as a 70 year old woman who's body is aging, but not defeated!! Even my regular Yoga instructor approves of her techniques!
