I used the grates for several times already since I got them. I wanted to have several experience before I write about it. First of all it is not a perfect fit for my Weber 310, there is a couple of cm-s on both sides, just enough to drop a burger or a pice of meet there. Secondly my grill warms up so much slower than with its original grates. However it is possible that the grates are hotter but I can't really measure that. Thirdly it is quite hard to keep clean. I use to heat up my old grates then I would give it a good brushingame then it was done. With this you can brush the uper surface but all the burned stuff stays on the lower level of the grates just a few cm away from the new meet.I have to say I am still experiencing how to bring the most out of it, so if I get anything worth to mention I will update my review.
