Are these authentic Milwaukee brand battery’s

The ones I received are not authentic Milwaukee 6 amp high output. Authentic 6 amp high output batteries will have Samsung battery cells inside. You can also tell by the red button. Authentic Milwaukee battery red tabs will be a matte textured feel. These are a slick smooth gloss finish. Also when you hit the battery level button the lights all come on at same time on these knock offs. The authentic Milwaukee go in a sequence. Although these look Milwaukee at first glance they are not. Even the labels do not match up exactly to authentic.

Do these have the 3 year warranty by Milwaukee?

That should be clearly stated on the advertisement to sell. Please go back and read it.

what is the difference between the xc and the high output battery ?

From my understanding the high output last longer
