Whole fresh trout isn't as available as it used to be, many on line supermarkets only sell trout as fillets. Whole trout grilled or on the barbecue is superb !!. This supplier fills that hole and provides great quality whole fresh trout. Whole trout grilled with lemon juice, sliced almonds, salt and pepper, plus a drizzle of olive oil - with a side salad and new potatoes - YUM

Arrived on time well packaged very fresh I vacuum packed it to freeze thawed it slowly in the fridge then grilled it tasted lovely

Excellently packaged and delicious to eat. Arrived two days early which was a bit of a problem and better tracking would be an improvement. Otherwise can not recommend it more highly as good value and quality.

Great company to deal with after I had to cancel at short notice. Ordered for Easter, well presented, packaged, and the fish so fresh their eyes gazed upon me reproachfully. Prepared for the table already - and also again so newly netted I was able to freeze the others 2k goes a heck of a long way and the fish are far more substantial and taste much better than those we used to get in supermarkets. Last time I tasted trout this good I'd caught it myself in Iceland. Not the store... Really like this company and the customer service ethos and will check out the rest of their range. ps - added in Jan 2021 I note that the fresh trout is currently unavailable. I really DO hope Regal Fish Supplies bring it back soon.
