Geekria Comfortable Headband Pad Compatible with Beyerdynamic DT990PRO/DT990/DT880/DT860 Headphones Replacement Band, Repair Part (Black)

I've used it for Shure SRH-440 - it fits well even though not designed for this type of headphone. Everything is fine so far, I don't expect it to last forever based on the looks, but it's way better than the all frayed og headband.

The fit doesn't span the entire headband as you can see in the picture but its not noticeable in use and its far better than the base headband padding.

I purchased my DT990 Pro's in around 2019 and they have been used everyday!I finally had to replace the headband cushion and purchased this, which fits perfectly after a bit of pulling and pushing whilst fitting.Feel's almost like the original.Well worth the price.

Quality is ok for the price but the cover is too long for my HD565 ovation phones. I have had to leave the last bottom opened as a result. I have read that others have cut off and heat sealed the cover to get round this but I will just leave it as is. Quite difficult to fit but better than no padding at all.

Avoid.This was a Wishlist item and bought as a gift.I don't know how the reviews are so high when this is such a bad fit. It feels nice and soft but no way its designed for Beyerdynamic headphones.

Ordered this as my original DT990 Pro headband has started flaking after 3.5 years of regular use. This is a poor fit, being too long and not wide enough, and the foam is much softer and cheaper than the OEM headband. See the pics, first is this headband. 2nd is the original headband. The fit is terrible, as is the quality. I doubt this would last 3.5 years and probably over 1000 hours of use either.

Product arrived late but is excellent and what I needed

Nearly a full cm longer than the original 990 headband, not as wide. Hard to install because the dimensions are incorrect, length obviously being an issue and the low width meaning it's very hard to make the buttons reach the pins.End of the day you can force it on, it'll work, but it looks worse than the original, is less comfortable, etc etc etc.Just buy the beyerdynamic one for an extra couple quid, save yourself the bulls***.

Very comfortable. Worked great for a split-band Sennheiser headset that had sub-par head pads. Would definitely recommend.

Nachdem ich mir den Sennheiser HD450 Kopfhörer gegönnt hatte, war ich etwas enttäuscht, als ich feststellen musste, dass er nach längerem tragen (ca. 1 Stunde) anfängt auf der Kopfhaut am Scheitel zu drücken. Also musste eine Polsterung her, da die des Kopfhörers offensichtlich nicht ausreichend ist. Aufgrund der Beschreibung war ich mir nicht sicher, ob dieses Polster auch für mein Modell passen würde, aber es sitzt perfekt und passt auch äußerlich gut zum Kopfhörer! Die Qualität fühlt sich für den Preis auch sehr gut an - im Prinzip exakt gleich, wie die Polster an den Ohren (sowohl Kunstleder, als auch Füllung - mit Gummi hat das nichts zu tun). Für mein Gefühl, könnte das Polster sogar noch etwas fester/dichter sein um noch etwas besser den Druck abzufedern, aber so geht es auch und ich kann nun meinen Kopfhörer endlich ohne Kopfschmerzen tragen.Einziges kleines Manko ist die Optik mit den Druckknöpfen. Es schließt natürlich nicht so sauber, wie ein Reißverschluss und man hat daher immer diesen leicht abstehenden Stoff auf der Rückseite (siehe Fotos). Aber wenn einen das nicht stört, ist das hier die perfekte Ergänzung zu den Sennheiser Kopfhörern. Abzug kann ich dafür keinen geben, da es schon anhand der Produktdarstellung klar ist, dass das nie komplett schließen wird.Von mir gibt es definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung!
