Where is the 24/7 Customer Service they advertise?
I purchased a pair for my husband: they are easy to use, fit well, great value for the money & it really improved his hearing significantly but the battery life is not so goodโฆit only stayed charged about 6-8 hrs, I returned it & purchased another pair to give it a 2nd shotโฆthey lasted about 12 hrs from an all night charge. The price was reasonable & it was cheaper in the long run to buy 2 pair rather than go w/over the top prices from a different company plus they advertized they had โcustomer service available 24/7โโฆnice! My husband was hearing really well which was making my life much better so, he did buy a 2nd pair to wear when the 1st pair is charging. Both purchases were made in March so, now the little rocker switch on the side has fallen off of 2 out of 4 hearing aids (1 from each pair). I wanted to give the seller a chance to make this right but I canโt find ANYWHERE in any of the paperwork or online or thru Amazon on how to contact the company: no phone number, no email, not even a website address! Iโm very dumbfounded!! Iโm hoping the company will see this review & contact me so, we can get a resolution quicklyโฆpurchased 3 pair, kept 2 pair & we are right back to where we started: the TV is ridiculously loud, he canโt hear doodaley-squat, I only have 1 vocal cord that works, I have an excuratiating headache & I feel like Iโm the butt of a joke in a comedy scene!! Is there ANYONE from this company that can make this right?? Only had these 3 months & we are right back to square one??? HELP!!! I would be happy to modify my review if this issue is resolved. There under warranty for 1 yr where is customer service?

Low cost Bluetooth hearing aids
It took three sets of these to get proper working ones. First set, one side died. Second set, they would not pair to each other. Third set, bingo. I had other "hearing aid" that used the Android Sound Wear app and was happy with it. The app goes through a "hearing" test and programs the aids with your profile. The Bluetooth allows you to use them with your phone, but uses more power. These are behind the ear and are comfortable. I did want in-ear ones but could not find any with Bluetooth. They provide various ear pieces for your fit. The right ones will also prevent squeeling/feedback. These work without the app/phone, but the app helps with the initial customized programming. Two buttons on each function for powering on, sound up/down, and change programming. There are four pre-programmed programs: general, restaurant, tv watching, and outdoors. They each alter what frequencies are more prevalent. Volume is good and can be turned up to hear the softest noises. It seems to do an adaquate job amplying voices. Battery life is 6-ish hours without Bluetooth. Case will recharge and case itself can be charged with USB-C. I've went through some six difference low price hearing aids and finally settled on these until I feel I need the real ones and will get them from Costco.

Don't expect help when they send a replacement pair that dies after one day of use.
The life of these is 30 days--the Amazon return period. That's it. Expect breakage of rocker or defective product. Don't expect after purchase help. At 45 days, The rocker switch broke the nub that holds it in place. (On a second pair the rocker switch on one broke the snap in prong in the middle that holds it in place. I read others have had the same break.) Company did replace with new pair because the description said 1-year warranty. . Told me to check to be sure replacements worked--bad sign they have to ask that. The replacement worked for 24 hours, then next day the left one was almost dead. Rep on messaging through Amazon help fiddled and faddled. 10 days later, I was done. They had no intention of replacing the brand new pair with replacements. The company I guess is Chinese, despite trying to sound like it's an Australian company in the description of the audiologist designing, etc.. Run from these. There have to be companies that support the product. The app is useful but poorly designed. It has a learning curve that's equivalent to Windows 3, if anyone goes back that far in history of computers. If the 20 % volume is too high, lower the lines in this graph. I found the original hearing test had the hearing aids putting out much too much volume. Especially on the two right side frequencies. You can save a good adjustment as an archive. You can go back to earlier archives to put them back onto the hearing aids if you don't like the more recent ones. Note that the older archives seem to disappear. You can't choose which ones to keep or delete.

Good enough for temporary use
You get what you pay for. A lot of squelching at first until my husband figured out how to get the volume controls in the right range. Not sure if the 'hearing test' was all that good since he had to fiddle with the volume a lot. They worked well in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend these for full time use.

I hope they work out for you
This is my 4th attempt to get quality hearing aids at a economical price. The audio test didn't work out in the sense that I was expecting to have clarity and perfect hearing or near perfect hearing with the test results once they were uploaded. That didn't happen. Second problem was they were too loud even of the lowest volume setting was like wading up a piece of paper and witnessing an avalanche. I worked with their tech department on three occasions and they couldn't resolve my issues.

A good buy.
These Hearing Aids are working well. No real problems, The app took a bit of learning but it does the job. One thing I would change Is that the lowest volume setting is twenty percent . And even at that setting they are a bit loud. Overall They are a very good buy.
