These bikes are good quality and so much fun!! They are fun for the whole family, my husband and I ride them as well as our kids. I love that they fold in half, makes it easy to store them away when we aren't riding them.

Bent items arrived I did not put this in
It finally arrived and I was supposed to have to put the luggage holder on and it was already on and bent I did not put this on was on it when I opened package

No Customer Support
Updating my review from 1 star to 5! since Customer service reached out to me and are sending a new battery. Brand new bike will not stay charged more than an hour. Customer support said the below and was NO HELP AT ALL!!! Guess we will return it unless they send a new battery. "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Battery range is affected by weather conditions, riding terrain, load capacity, and charging duration. We recommend charging the battery for 10 hours before testing its range. Addi tionally, lithium batteries experience a significant decrease in range during colder temperatures—this is normal across the entire e-bike industry and will recover naturally as temperatures rise.
