These work great and are easy to install. I have other counters and I gotta say this one is the best so far. It hasn’t fallen off nor gotten in the way of my project while knitting. It keeps count until I clear it even during long breaks. I used it on my sentro 40 pin machine because of the slim magnet which has to be thin enough to fit past the feeder, and it does. I also like that I can transfer this to another machine if I want easily.

These little counters are absolutely essential if you are using a 40 pin or 22 pin machine without an onboard counter. When I got my 22, I immediately realized I needed a counter, as there was no way I wanted to have to keep track with my phone (or heaven forbid, my brain! 😬), so to Amazon I went! I found this counter, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get a 2 pack for fairly cheap. I already had a 40 pin machine on the way, as well, so I figured the extra $10 was worth it. When I got them, I was a bit bummed that the shape of the counter didn't seem to really work for the 22 pin, but as you can see in my photos, it can be stuck in the side, instead of the very top, and it still gets a perfectly accurate count! The only complaint I have at all, is that the little magnet in the part that actually sits on the pins is not stuck well, and BOTH of them came loose and fell out while I was putting them together. I fixed this quickly and easily with a drop of hot glue, however, and no other issues. (So just be ready with some glue!)

Works well and eay to install. My Sentro circular knitting machine gets used, a LOT. I knit hats for cancer patients and homeless, needy... daily. The hats I make require a certain number of rounds of knitting and I depend on a counter. When the one on my machine finally quit, I added one of these and it works great. I like that I can see it because I placed it where I wanted it and can see it easily. I.also had bought a machine that did not come with a counter and this works fine.

Worked good for a month. Now has stopped working completely. I even tried replacing the battery. Waste on my money. So disappointed

I really like this row counter. I used the knitting machine I own for several weeks before purchasing this row counter. Since I started using the row counter I would not go back to not using a row counter. I would like to add a couple of commnets. I would suggest attacheing the row counter iwth velco and not the double sided tape. I had to replace the batter and had a hard time getting the row counter off the knitting machine. Always have a replacement batter handy. The two batteries that came with the counter, one was dead and the other did not last very long. likely becasue I had used the knitting maching to make about 15 130 row hats. I love the row counter and would replace when and if this one should ever stop working. Thank you.

I got this because the counter on my knitting machine quit working. So far out of 20 some hats this counter has been spot on. Easy to install. Has stayed in place. No loud noise every time it counts. Has ran quite smooth. Seems to be good quality

Battery dies after 3 or 4 baby hats. Keeps good count, easy to mount. Sensor does not stay put, but I just put double sided tape onnit which is holding.
