There’s many benefits of taking turmeric so have decided to take these as they also contain black pepper which helps with absorption. Capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless which makes taking them easy. Overall very happy, will continue to take these for the foreseeable future

I have been taking Turmeric for a long time. They're very pale in comparison. Checking the details they have ginger 50mg and 60 turmeric. Feeling cheated. Not value for ginger... Also don't work as well.
