Seiko PROSPEX Stainless Steel Men's Watch SRPC93

The watch looks exactly like the product photo, in particular the colors of the face and bezel. The knurled screw down crown is a nice utilitarian touch, as is the knurled diving bezel, which has a very crisp ratcheting mechanism.The watch has Seiko's 4R35 automatic movement, with manual winding in the first crown position and date/time adjustment in the second crown position. The movement also boasts hacking seconds.The "Oyster" style bracelet has solid end links and deployant clasp with diver's extension. The adjustable links use pins with collars; the collars are located on the "arrow" side of each inner link step, so take care not to lose these while sizing the bracelet.The blue-to-black fade color gradation on the face is very striking, and makes this handsome watch stand out compared to the standard Prospex colorways. The "Samurai" style case evokes the classic Submariner divers shape, although the exact same "Save the Oceans" special edition colorway is available in the bulbous "Turtle" case. The Lumibrite-painted indices show strong luminescence.Notably lighter on my 6.5" wrist than the massive Bulova Lunar Pilot, you'll find it comfortable for all-day wear. I have not tested it, but the 23-jewel movement is supposed to have a 41-hour power reserve.Between this and the Orient Mako USA II, I think I made the right choice at this price point for a Japanese blue diver. For a bit more money, a Stinehart Ocean One would be a good Euro alternative with a similar aesthetic.

I've had this watch for a couple weeks now and I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality and it's time keeping ability. The blue dial is what initially drew me to this watch and after having it in hand the blue is even more stunning in person. The lume is ridiculously awesome for the cost of this watch only being about $320. So far I have been unable to locate any defects on the watch. The bezel lines up perfectly with the markers and has a very satisfying action to it. I like the attention to detail. Seiko decided to go with a smoke gray color around the outside of the bezel and on the crown which gives it a nice pop. They could have went cheap and left it stainless steel, but they did not. I decided to get a rubber strap for the watch as it is more comfortable than a metal strap to me. Although the metal strap it came with seems to be quality. The thing I am most impressed with is the accuracy on this thing. I have been keeping track of it with an app on my smartphone and it is only a losing 1.4 seconds on average per day which is insanely accurate by automatic watch standards! I highly recommend this watch to anybody looking for a value priced watch that will last for years to come!

This is a beautiful time piece. I've had a Seiko dive watch since high school. It still keeps time, I passed it.on to my son. But this watch is truly a work of art. Be sure to read the directions before doing anything to the watch...I didn't and hope that it does not hurt the watch. The seller took care to really pack the watch with great care. Cuddos . I have a Tagged dive watch, but this Seiko is the nicest time.piece I have ever ownedI'm a big guy, and was afraid of the bracelet being too tight. No worries there it fit perfectly.

It’s a Prospex “Samurai” so you already know it’s going to wear a little more elegantly and strangely larger than your SKX007 & Turtle. This isn’t a bad thing at all. The coin bezel and crown are beautiful done in a gunmetal metal that adds some contrast to the watch. What truly stands out is the face & bezel insert and you will get compliments for it. The lumes are bright as you would expect from Seiko. I have pretty small wrists so I did need to take it to get adjusted. This watch has quickly become my go to simply for its looks and comfort. If you are a watch collector or Seiko fanboy then don’t wait to add this to your lineup. Be proud of the fact that it’s the one watch in your collection that actually was created for a good cause. Side note - came in the standard white seiko box. I personally have zero issue with that as some reviewers have noted.

LOL I expected this to be a big watch, and it is. The way the case fits the bracelet and the end links make it look even bigger but it's not too big for my 7" wrist. The dial is absolutely gorgeous. The hands are nice although the hour hand is extremely short. Decent quality on the rotating bezel and bracelet itself considering Seiko usually tanks here. The movement is super smooth if you hand wind...fairly accurate and appears to be very robust. I don't care for the crown being gray and not matching the case so I may have that modified. I'll update once I get this in a real diving situation and test it out underwater.

This watch has very nice blues and color tones to it. I really liked the look of this watch, but I saw the comment about a guy bought it for around $325 at his local watch shop. In my area you do not get prices like that. The one dealer still has the 2016 version of this watch, which is not as nice and is still asking $575 for it. So I waited to see if the price would go down towards $325 on Amazon. When it hit $339 I bought it instantly. Couldn't be happier. It is a bigger, heavier watch, which I like. If you like bigger and heavier watches, you will probably like this one.

The gorgeous dial representing the underbody of a Blue Whale is a pleasure to look at. It is almost mesmerizing, with the blue dial and pattern of horizontal lines changing hues from bright to dark in different lighting situations.So far, for the first week, it is keeping time at under 5 seconds a day average.The bracelet is well made, and both it and the watch rest comfortably on the wrist, with no rattling.I am very pleased with this purchase and loo forward to many years of enjoyment!

This watch is so beautiful, people are amazed just looking at it ! Movement is great, really smooth, even if the case is somewhat big, it still wears perfect on my average wrist. It keeps time really well, overall no regrets, worth the price !

The Save The Ocean Samurai is really nice with the gradient blue dial face. Delivery was quick. Well worth the price!!

Super watch for the money, the shape and design are amazing. I’d line up to pay Grand Seiko money for this watch with Grand Seiko movement and finishing.

This watch is so beautiful, I have had many comments from Women and Men alike. They think I have spent thousands on it. I could not be happier, the quality is amazing, and the lumination at night is the best of any watch in my collection!
