I was pretty skeptical that this would actually do anything at all. I have severe ADHD and have been trying more natural alternatives to synthetic medicines. So good, I didn't mind the flavor as is on tongue, or you can put it in coffee or tea. It is sticky kinda like honey or syrup... just be aware. Helps tremendously with dehydration. I take twice daily. Gives a boost of energy. This stuff is very beneficial for your health as it has 85+minerals as we are all deficient in. Take this and enjoy better health.

This is an A plus product . On my first use I felt an increase in energy . It didn’t taste bad at all . I had it with warm lemon water and honey first thing in the morning. I am definitely pleased and great value for money.
