Good quality but the granules take some time to dissolve completely

Galect did actually helped me in my lactation journey. But chocolate flavour is worst. The granule doesn't get dissolve completely despite being vigorous sift any method of mixing. It settlez at the bottom. Other both flavours r superb.

The product is good, I guess it increases the milk supply but unfortunately, I could not continue it for a long time because it caused me, vertigo and migrain and if you already have vertigo or migraine tendencies, Shatavari may worsen dizziness/nausea. • If symptoms started after beginning Shatavari, it could be a trigger. • Stop it and see if symptoms improve within a few days. I purchased the chocolate flavour, and it was decent, not that bad Test. Yes, it does not dissolve easily in the milk. And think twice, if you have vertigo or migraine because I suffered a lot after taking it. And it also causes Gas in baby, so if your baby is gassy, it’s better to avoid it.
