My “hand doctor” recommended these. The hospital billing department wanted to charge $88.I was supposed to wear one on my left hand while sleeping to help alleviate arthritis pain. I found it easy to wear. It did not disrupt my sleep at all. I do a lot of gardening so I decided to buy the same “comfort support” for my right hand. I normally wear a medium or large plastic glove on my hands to lessen the dirt that gets under my nails while gardening. I ordered (from Amazon) 100 XL plastic, clear, thicker gloves that fit over my hand supports to keep them cleaner while I garden. The supports really do help relieve my hand discomfort and fatigue.Amazon product description lists measurements for proper fit. I ordered a “M+”. The “+” is for a larger thumb. The wraps close with Velcro so they are quite adjustable.

This thumb brace was exactly what I needed while healing after surgery. Unfortunately it isn’t lasting long enough and I will need to purchase something else until I can go without a brace. The Velcro that closes and holds everything together is completely worn out and doesn’t hold any longer. This brace was ordered the end of December it took well into January to receive it. Im writing this review the last day of January so this brace didn’t even hold up for a month.

This brace definitely relieves my CMC arthritis pain when it flairs up. It is comfortable and I can still do most of my work. I do have to remove it when I do work involving water. It is a neoprene so it can get wet, I just don't like the feeling of it on my hand when wet.

Very over priced for China made this is called a ripoff, that being said thy are a good product, the flesh color one seams more durable.I use them a lot, thy ware out fast, I buy 3 pairs a year but if I can't find a better price on them I'll be stepping down to my second chose

This is the third or forth time I have ordered the left and right support over many years. The product is good. Just make sure you order the right size so it does not pinch your thumb, or it will make your thumb tingle.

Worked great for my arthritic thumb. It restricts movement just enough to facilitate pain relief.What I did not like about it was that there was not enough Velcro for closure. It works great the first few times, but after taking it on and off for days, the Velcro just doesn’t stay in place.Overall I would recommend this brace. Easy to use and does the job.

I wear this to avoid twisting or bending my thumbs while working or asleep. It really works. I think the stabilization of the lower thumb joint all night has slowed the progression of the arthritis at that lower thumb joint.

It runs small but does give support. It just looks ratty and old after only a few weeks.
