Does exactly what it says on the tin and you can genuinely see the benefits of a more toned stomach and feel the benefits of better posture when used regularly. Sturdy in use but quite flimsy in design (roller discs simply slide onto the pole which becomes the handles) but what can you expect for the price - so no qualms whatsoever.

I love this product! It's very easy to fit together and is very sturdy. After the first use, my abs were very painful but I use it every day and I am getting stronger and fitter. The kneel mat is fairly thin but it does the job and my knees don't hurt when I use it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy this type of product.

The Ab Roller works well, the free knee mat could have been slightly larger, the small matt does slip from under the knees when in use.I guess this is why the price is so low. My one criticism is that one of the foam sleeves which should fit over the rubber coated handle, didn't, the first one fitted snuggly, the smaller one split and tore when I tried to fit it (too small) I have contacted the seller to replace the sleeve, and the seller has asked for a photograph of the damaged sleeve.....

As expected for the price, item fitted together easily enough and works fine. It doesn't feel particularly sturdy when using it and so at first felt apprehensive about trusting it with my weight on it, however it's holding up well enough. Knee pad very flimsy but did not really expect any more than this for the price.

product was delivered promptly, packaging smells proper weird but thats not a concern.i bought it because it was cheap, at the time of purchase it was the cheapest option that came with a mat for knees. it feels cheap and requires some assembly, but is very sturdy and the workout is probably the best i've come across for abs. not for the faint hearted.highly recommend

Impressive build quality and a superb price. This is a great piece of workout equipment if you are lacking in time and space for a great work out. Top tip - stretch well beforehand or this will hurt a lot for a few days after, nothing to do with the equipment just the actual exercise! No pain no gain!

These are great little tools to stretch those abs and will help anyone with back problems. Only possible issue is the handles aren't as tight as I'd like but it works

I was a bit dubious about the ab wheel, a lot of ab equipment are just gimmicks and don't work or cause injury.I already train 5 days a week so I could immediately feel it work my lower abs straight away, and I also got a good burn in my delts and forearms and to an extent my pecs, almost like training under tension, got a good pump.what I would say though, it helps if you are in good shape to feel the benefit and you also need a strong core, back and have good upper body strength, if you are very over weight, have a bad back or shoulder problems I would avoid this product as it could cause you pain. If you want to tone up however, it's a great addition to your ab routine. Buy a thicker mat though especially if you have laminate floors because the Mat you get is very thin but for the price I didn't expect anything else.
