Needed a new discharge hose figure why not try Amazon for a better solution then the cheap plastic hose the local pool store charges $30 for. Less expensive and this thing is so well made it will last for years. Be warned this big hose ain’t pretty but it is what you need.

Great with water pressure, very strong, not flimsy like the blue ones

We needed to replace our backwash hose once again. Every hose we purchased seems to split due to pressure when backwashing. So far this one shows no signs of tearing and appears very strong.

The product is very thick, durable and much better than the cheap blue hose that are sold at the local pool store.

I had trouble finding the right size to fit my backwash, this was perfect. The material used looks more durable than the basic blue plastic ones. Overal very happy with this product and the included clamp made installation very quick and easy.

This backwash hose did fit over my sewer cleanout, however 25ft was way too long for me and was having trouble keeping it unkinked, additionally due to the size of the coupler, it was a loose fit at the pump, so I cut off one end of my 1-1/2 pool vacuum hose and cut about a 5 ft section of the backwash hose and used that as my vacuum to sewer coupler. not pretty and it does leak slightly since the cleanout pipe is at an angle causing the backwash hose to kink. but 99% is going to drain.

The tape is extremely sticky and tricky to use. Sticks to fingers like superglue. Make sure you plan in advance exact amount of tape and how to apply it. Helpful to have another set of hands available to help. Holds items together tightly.
