Produced lovely sourdough loaves with this product
I used this flour to make spelt sourdough bread using an adaptation of a Vanessa Kimbell recipe. The resulting loaves have been light, with a good flavour. The flour came well packed both for a single item and for the pack of six bags.

Lovely flavour with the Ray Mears Spelt recipe
Arrived in a couple of days by Royal mail and used Ray Mears Wilderness Chef recipe in the Petromax Dutch Oven. A couple of hours to rise and then 45mins later this beautiful loaf. Great flavour and texture. 5 stars.
