Q: Why promote being eco friendly etc but then warp the kitchen roll in plastic! Surley someone in the company has noticed this huge error?!?

What!!? Don't buy it, if it worries you that much. Try telling the company not amazon.

Q: Are these as strong as their competitor, plenty? Can you rub at a worksurface and they stay in tact? Thanks

I found them pretty sturdy, but I have never used Plenty before. I recently bought Regina Blitz towels (just fewer rolls, so a smaller price) and think they are bigger sheets and even more sturdy. I was happy with the Thirst Pockets and would buy them again.
