Fairly good but Blitz is better overall
These Thirst Pocket towels are fairly good - definitely better than most supermarket own brands - but other brands seem more absorbent for a similar price. These towels feel thinner than Amazon's Multipurpose Presto and Regina Blitz but, surprisingly, they haven't disintegrated when wet. I'd say they're absorbent enough for most tasks but, unlike Blitz and Presto, one towel isn't enough to completely dry wet hands so I've ended up going through each roll a bit quicker than expected.Overall, I'd say Thirst Pockets are a pretty decent kitchen roll and a good option for small spills. The price for 12 was a bargain so I'm happy with my purchase but I think I'll only buy them again as a back-up option whenever Presto and Blitz are out of stock or too expensive.

Very absorbent and good size. I've been using them for at least a decade and will continue to do so. they are no longer easily available.

A bit expensive
A bit expensive but worth it. Cheeper rolls can look like a bargain but the rolls tend to be smaller, less absorbent and sometimes fall apart . This means using more so it can be false economy buying them.
