My original can only worked a couple of times and stopped spraying. I reached out top Amazon but they would not replace or refund so I reached out to the company, RMR, and I had a new can in 2 days. The product works really well, so I am hoping this can will keep on spraying. Kudos to RMR for such great customer service!!

My house stinks of urine, body odor, pets, and all sorts of nasties (commodes, pets, and an unkept/messy relative). It gets so bad sometimes that I literally gag. I am sensitive to smell and no matter how much I clean, I just can’t get rid of the odors lingering in the air. I really needed to find something to remove those odors! I bought this spray because it claims to work on body odor, smoke, and a bunch of other stuff. I’m very disappointed in this odor removing spray. I tried it (as opposed to the choking chemical stench of Lysol spray) and it did nothing. I’ve literally sprayed an entire bathroom, ceiling to floor… it smelled ok for about 20 seconds. All it did was leave the whole room wet. I returned to the room 10 min later and it was like I didn’t spray anything at all. It’s cheaper, cleaner and easier to open a window for a while. Won’t be buying this again, that’s for sure. It was kind of expensive, so I hope this review helps others save their hard earned money.

LOOOOVE that there isn't a strong fakey flower, cover scent! It squashes cooking, pet, musty orders really well! My only complaint is that the cans just completely stop spraying sometimes and I'm left with a mostly full but useless product. That said, it's really good so I take the loss....but maybe, RR Brands? Fix the nozzle problem so that I can just give it 5 stars?

I have bought this product three times now. The reviews did make me a bit skeptical. The first time, I had absolutely no issues and the product worked great! It took out about 90% of the musty smell from a vintage wooden hutch. I used the whole can and bought a second can to hopefully eliminate the smell 100%. The second can arrived with a totally busted top and when I tried to repair it, it completely exploded. Amazon customer service issued a refund and I went ahead and purchased a third can. There are lots of complaints about the product design, but the product itself is a win and totally worth trying again in my opinion!

Awesome product! We had purchased a harness for our small poodle. The harness itself is great but we started noticing a peculiar bad order coming from it. Because our dog is small, low to the ground it would get wet from the morning grass. We would hang it to dry and when the odor got worse stated washing it. The smell would not go away. I searched Amazon and found this product with others but I decided to give this one a try. Let me tell you it works great. Not only did it remove that bad musty smell but with occasional spraying has not returned and smells great. Regular laundry detergent could not do what this product has done for us. Very pleased with this product.

We have a great minivan that we purchased second hand. A previous owner smoked, and although I could clean the upholstery, smells of tobacco and mildew emerged from the vents any time we turned on the fan. My kids COMPLAINED. Finally, I ordered a can of this. The instructions said to remove the source of the smell first, so I started by painstakingly spraying diluted bleach solution into the hood vents with the fan on full and the intake setting on external air. I'd run the engine for five or ten minutes spraying mist at intervals and switching between output settings (windshield, face, face and feet.) Having done that for a while, I switched to this deodorizing spray. Same tactic, turning the fan on and spraying most into the external vents between the hood and the windshield. Thanks to the tracer scent, I was able to confirm that the spray was reaching all the output vents, including the ones in the back where the kids sit. I repeated this process several times over the course of a couple of days. Finally, when I could no longer smell mildew, I sprayed peppermint extract into the vents. The result? NO SMELL. We took a car trip and for the first time in three years, no one complained! It's a miracle. I'm buying another can.

So, upfront, I'm a big fan of RMR products, and when I saw this, I wanted to try it. However, I'm pretty disappointed. First, its excellent at removing odor. It has no smell, and will clean the air, or fabric very well. I used it in the bathroom, and on a variety of fabric items (bean bag chairs, bedding, pillows, etc.) and it eliminated the odor very well. My main issue is, my can stopped spraying just after a couple days. It feels very heavy and full, but all that comes out is a foam instead of a spray, so I 'm not very happy that this product can't be used anymore because it appears there is no gas left in the can. Probably won't give it another go.
