These are really good for improving shoulder mobility and strength. I had a painful shoulder injury that I thought was never going to heal. I've been using these for a few months now (started with a 2lb pair), and I am so happy - 95% improvement. One star off because the finish is starting to flake off - doesn't affect function just the look. Online tutorials are helpful to get started knowing what you can do with these. Very different from working with Dumbbells. More fun! Plus when I use them while walking in the neighbourhood, nobody will mess with me!

Little smaller than I thought it would be because of a previous club I purchased from a different company. But size doesn't matter cause it is effective and a wonderful addition to my home routine workouts!

Ordered two 10lb and received two different styles.

What’s not to love about a 5lb chunk of steel, it’s great for stretching out shoulders and such. If your just starting out I’d recommend finding something in the 2 pound range.
