I had been eagerly waiting for this to arrive because I wanted to try it on to help improve my posture. Lately, I noticed that I was slumping a bit when I walked, but once I put this on, I could definitely feel a good difference. It took me a little while to figure out how to wear it properly, but it fits well. Since I’m 5'1", I opted for a large just to be safe, and it fits perfectly. I mostly wear it in the afternoon, and it feels great. I’m really glad I got this because I’m getting used to wearing it, and my posture is already back to where it used to be. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to improve their posture.

I am very pleased with my new CrystalInnovate Posture Corrector. Until wearing it I did not realize how I slumped so severely. The posture corrector seems very well made, easy to put on, is breathable, and comfortable enough to wear all day as it is adjustable and fits well. Comfort is important to me because if it bothers me at all I would not wear it all day or on a daily basis .Not only does it correct my back's posture but it also helps with my bad neck. IT not only alleviates the pain but is helping build my core which is very important. Strengthening the core muscles will deliver longer term pain relief. It is easily washed. I hand washed mine with water and just a tad of laundry soap. I recommend this product for anyone who has a pained back due to incorrect posture or someone who just seeks good posture.

I was really looking forward for this package because I have scoliosis I never got surgery for my back. I never even got it a brace a back brace before so this is my first time ordering one so it could help me. I would say this is my very first time because I did not know how to put it on. I’d like to my mom for help. Size medium, which I was not quite sure if it would fit, but it had fit me perfectly. I would say this is a great product. My back does not hurt, My posture feels a lot better than it was. I am definitely so happy that I made this purchase.

Having tried another device to help me with posture, I wondered if all of them are instruments of torture because I was so uncomfortable in that first one. This Crystallnnovate product, however, works a lot better because it conforms to my body better and is easily adjustable. I can breathe with no trouble while wearing it, for one thing. In the first one my breathing was constricted.I can’t say that I am unaware of having this posture corrector on, but it is not irritating or annoying in a way that makes me want to remove it IF I have taken the precaution of not wearing it on a hot day and IF I wear it over a thin tee shirt. Wearing it over another piece of clothing does make my body appear a bit bulkier, but under a sweater, sweatshirt, or jacket it is not noticeable.If I don’t wear it over an undergarment, like the thin tee, the device rubs and chafes when I am active--it is a bit stiff, but not terribly. On extremely warm days, it causes me to overheat. Otherwise, it works well to pull my shoulders back, to remind me to sit or stand up straight.As someone who often reads, writes, and does printmaking, I tend to slump forward to focus or get into twisted positions in a recliner to hold my laptop. Wearing this product has reminded me of how often I do this, and forces me to find other ways to sit or position my art projects and my laptop.I have washed this item once—in cold water with a detergent made for fine fabrics. It took over a day to dry since I hung it on a line rather than subject it to the heat of my gas dryer. It seems to me that there should be laundering instructions with this device, but I found none—the one drawback.

I've tried a lot of posture correcters and back supports. I've hated them All. This one is much better than others. The multi supports across the back Are great. My favorite part is the front sits up higher, around the ribs, as opposed to others being lower around the waist, which causes me great discomfort. The material around the arms is way better than others. I'm unsure of long term at this point, but I can say there's a much higher Chance of long term use with the increased comfortability.

This item fits extremely small. The largest size would really fit a woman medium maybe. The extra piece offered to expand the wait strap is a piece of junk.

I ordered this because I work at a computer all day and have abysmal posture while I sit. I thought it would help me at least keep my mind on my posture. I ordered the large size - I am 5'9" and 174 lbs and have a 38" waist and it fit me well. It seems to be well-made, with strong material and even, sturdy stitching and edging.It took a moment to figure out the straps but once I did they were very easy to see how to adjust. What worked best for me was to put the device on and see how everything was set to start, then take it back off and fit the shoulder straps closer to where I needed them (they can be hard to reach when the device is being worn if they are not pulled around more to the front). That way I could reach them easily when the device was on.The device has some metal or very firm plastic strips in the back of it (like boning in a corset) to give additional support. With the shoulder straps snugly set and the waist straps firmly in place, the device is quite comfortable when worn over a shirt and definitely helps my posture. I wore it for gradually increasing increments of time to get used to it, and can now wear it all day comfortably. I miss it when I don't wear it on weekends, lol.

It’s a shame that the seller doesn’t provide a more accurate sizing chart. According to it, I’m at the intersection of height and waist for a medium, but I couldn’t get this product to close around my waist.I was impressed by the quality, and, if you can wear this, it may work well. For me, it wasn’t a good fit.
