I use this product myself to support my memory ,as well as ,give it to my son with autism to address his memory and other cognitive deficits with good results such an increase in expressive speech , memory , cognitive processing as noted by me and his speech therapist . I also supplement my son with inositol on top of this product which altogether decreases his severe OCD .

It's hard to judge objectively, but I'm pretty sure my memory is improved since I'm using Life Extension Cognitex Basics. I ran out of product after 2 months of usage, and I noticed my memory issues were getting worse. So, I quickly reordered more, and I am happy with the results. Nothing dramatic, but a slow improvement.

My doctor put me on this supplement for brain support. I am 60 and very healthy. Did not particularly notice a difference but respect my physician suggestion and will continue use.

Product doesn't compare to Douglas Laboratories Alpha-GPC. I know this from super dosing with both and only receiving insomnia side effects and mind control and clarity from Douglas. Even at 24 capsules per day using the Life Extension brand, there wasn't any competition.

this product has brain excitotoxins - sorbitol and soy beansI got a migraine headache the first dose I took, thus checking my label and noticing these 2 additives as ingredients.even the photo of the website label does not mention sorbitol nor soy beans as ingredients.I would give it a zero rating if allowed!
