Ok, so I read the reviews before purchasing this and let me tell you this is better than going to pay to get a pedicure. Why spend all that money when you can get the professional experience at home while watching your favorite movie and eating some buttered popcorn, or just sit back and enjoy the 😌 relaxation feeling that it gives. The water stays hot to your preferred temperature, the bubbles 🫧 are amazing to your liking when adjusted, you can choose how the massage works on the bottom of your feet, even the sound of the bubbling is soothing to my ears, there is a timer that you can set if you have something else to do afterwards, it has a pumice stone built in to scrub off dead skin, it also has a red light (not sure what that is for but I was told it is for healing), there is a handle on it for you to relocate if you need to or to just pick it up to go to the sink, It also has a hole and plug to disperse the water (No leaks at all), and they made this in a way that you can detache the parts on the inside to make sure you can reach the hard to clean spots after each use! You can add your favorite foot soak and also enjoy the aroma. I must say I am very impressed with the maker of this product. You can tell they literally thought of every way they could please the customer. I did not think I would actually be getting all of this for just $59.00. This one is different. It’s the real deal. I have size 12 wide feet, and there’s plenty of room in the basin. The motorized massage rollers are perfectly designed—you can shift your feet around slightly for different angles of pressure, but the machine does most of the work. You can also adjust the temperature, bubbles, and massage settings, all of which are smooth and soothing. I added a therapeutic foot and nail soak blend (highly recommended!) and the scent filled the house like a spa. The water heats quickly and stays warm, and the whole unit is surprisingly compact—easy to fill, easy to empty, and easy to store when done (though honestly, you won’t want to put it away). If you want a truly relaxing, therapeutic, at-home spa experience, this is it. Put on some music, watch a game or a movie, and enjoy. The massaging beads are very powerful and smooth, the 'bubbles' are laughably bad. Imagine someone sticking a beverage straw into the water and blowing moderately hard and they come out in one spot in the middle front.. I'm guessing they wanted to advertise bubbles but it's so weak and underwhelming it may as well not even be a feature (you only get one setting). There is also a VERY faint red light button, the heating itself is pretty nice and gets cold water up to temp in about 10 minutes. Overall nice quality, time will tell if it's durable or not.

A bit noisy and slow to heat if you use room temp or cold water instead of starting with warm water but once it hits that temp, it does a great job of holding temp. Low marks because one of the massage balls came warped and misshapen and broke off the first time I used the foot bath.

This unit functions very well and so far, the heating works well, so does the bubbles and the water flow. For those of you who had concerns about collapsing the unit while filled with water, didn’t realize that it has a device that helps prevent just that. It is the mechanism that folds down on the red callous remover ball. Lift the arm and it will lock under the top control panel preventing it from collapsing easily. For those who have complained about the rotating massage ball disks going only in one direction. The button labeled “Massage” has 3 different settings. This is how you can get the rotating balls to spin in different directions. Try it out. The reason for the 3 stars is because they designed it to disassemble the interior for post use cleaning. Very nice. However, I don’t like how the balls drag on the bottom of the feet and after a while they can be painful. The photo shows the blister on the bottom of my foot from it being rubbed raw. It seems that the balls do not roll freely within the disk that holds them. The balls are made from a plastic that is not as smooth as they should be and when heated by the water causing them to slightly expand coupled with the pressure of your foot it prevents the balls from rotating freely thus creating a friction drag on the skin. So, what to do? Well simple. I used my calipers to determine the size of the plastic balls (18mm) and then ordered 24 18mm 304 G25 Polished stainless steel balls to replace the plastic ones. I then applied a tiny thin coat of food grade silicone oil on my hands when I clean the unit after I use it. I just apply the silicone oil to my hands and then I just wipe my hands on the disks and the steel balls as I place them back into the unit following the cleaning. I also used my finger and wiped the 6 recessed areas of the base where the disks set. Then when you use the unit again it is all ready for my feet. The steel balls roll so nicely and freely and the disk also has a thin coat of the silicone oil from my hands that allows the disks to smoothly slide on the bottom of my feet. So smooth that it is like night and day between the plastic balls and the stainless steel ones. Sure I spent more money to improve the unit but I also increased the life of the machine, I believe because prior to the upgrade I could hear the motor laboring when my feet were on the balls and the drag was holding the motor back. Now the smooth operation of the roller balls has greatly reduced the drag on the motor and that has got to increase its longevity. It’s not rocket science to figure out how to gently separate the housing on each of the disks to remove and replace the balls with the new ones. It changes everything! I now enjoy it very much.

Not only does it come with an American plug, it is 120v, not 220-240v for the UK. Why is this being sold on amazon.co.uk without any mention of this? Beyond disappointed when unpacking this with much such excitement to get a good foot massage. So much for de-stressing; distressing instead. :-(

This comes with a foreign plug. It’s completely useless for the UK.
