High-Quality Air Conditioner at an Affordable Price
This air conditioner is fantastic! It fits perfectly in my window and was easy to set up. It started blowing cold air quickly, which I really appreciate. I love the ability to schedule it to turn on and off at specific times each day, with a separate weekend schedule—so convenient! Plus, I can control it easily via the mobile app or the remote that comes with it. Definitely a great investment for such a high-quality product!

Very Efficient in my 900 Sq Ft
I bought this A/c Unit because I originally bought a 6,000 BTU A/c Unit and that was not enough. This 12,000 BTU A/c Unit Cooled my entire 1,000 ft³ 2 Bedroom apartment maybe 45 minutes after installation! Seems to be quiet and efficient. The only issue I have is the bottom left corner where the cover for the filter pops in is broken. It seems to have happened in transport. It doesn't effect performance so I'm okay with it. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Otherwise it would've received a 5 star review.

Quality control issues
I installed it in the window, turned it on and it made a screaming sound so loud I could hear it two floors up. My hope was that the sound would die down after a little use, but no such luck. The fan appears to be rubbing against the styrofoam creating the noise. Don’t they test them? It’s going to cost me nearly half as much as its cost to return it. Buyer beware.

Did ohms law , and the #'s dont add up on watts that is stated ..will not buy
