Why did you pick this product vs others?:Working great as described. Spatula/pizza peel should be provided. Electric cord should be little longer. Otherwise OK. One more thing, as soon as I bought this, price was decreased by 1000. Little disappointing.

Very bad product and service
Very very bad service. The product is faulty and I have been trying to return it since last 10-15 days but not getting support from either Amazon or Wonderchef. I am stalled on some pretext or the other. I have been taken for a ride by them. Please do not purchase from Wonderchef

great product
I'm loving this product day by day i'm still getting used to it but with every use we're getting better. the temp of the pizza maker is really high so we need to be care full we don't use ready made doughs we make our own pizza doughs and the pizza come out out standing. now my dream of making authentic Margarita and Neapolitan pizza is possible without spending a lot on wood based ovens
