Great for a Quick Oxygen Boost – Works as Advertised
I purchased the Boost Oxygen Medium Natural 5L Canister 4-Pack mainly for post-workout recovery and high-altitude trips, and it's definitely made a difference. Each canister is lightweight and easy to use, with a simple push-button spray that delivers a quick shot of oxygen when I need it most.I’ve used it after intense cardio sessions and noticed quicker recovery and less fatigue. It’s also been a lifesaver during hikes at higher elevations—helped with breathing and kept headaches at bay. The natural, unscented option is a plus if you're sensitive to smells. The only downside is that the cans don’t last super long if you're using them frequently, but for a short-term boost, they do the job well. Definitely recommend keeping a can or two on hand for travel, training, or just general wellness.

Useful
So far, so good. I have just used some of one of the containers and works easily and seems to have quite a bit of air in the canister. I'm asthmatic and wanted to see how much it helped.

Worried about dirt getting into mouthpiece and then inhaling it.
The idea behind Boost O2 is excellent. I have COPD haven’t reached the point where I need to carry oxygen. I do get out of breath when walking or strong exertion. I have used a few “puffs” and have noticed some relief. There is one thing I’d suggest. I have two German Shepherds. Shepherds are notorious shedders. I also live in a dirt road. Dust is a problem in our house, but we deal with it.I only gave 4 stars because the delivery system needs redesigned. There is nothing to cover it from dust and debris. I can imagine taking a deep breath someday without checking to be sure it’s clear of dirt and inhaling dust and dog hair.I’m using a sandwich bag held in place with a rubber band, but a competent engineer could improve this.BTW, I don’t taste or smell the extra stuff added for fragrances.I don’t have severe breathing problems, but I am 77 and get out of breath, especially walking up hills or moving fast. I’ll add to this review after I have used Boost Oxygen more and the warmer weather gets here.

Breathing Functionality
These lightweight canisters are great and can be easily carried around. I keep one in my office at home and one in the car. If go shopping and do a lot of walking, these do improve my breathing functionality when I get short winded. I don't recommend them if you are in need of oxygen 100% of the time. Note: I do not, and they are not a replacement for my prescribed medium sized oxygen tanks which I still use at home. I highly recommend these canisters for their cost and value.

Oxygen
The product is helpful. The size is smaller than I thought it would be, so it is not a good value for the money. It is easy to use and the burst of the spray is controllable.

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING!!
I'm a very big & tall guy (6' 9" & 220 lbs), & have spent the better part of 25+ years exercising (both wt. lifting & aerobics), all the while struggling with lung & O2 issues I've had since birth; meaning that no matter how much cardio I do, I will still fall short of those without this condition.I've used O2 tanks (the heavy / hospital variety) & have been on steroidal inhalers to help increase my O2 when exercising, & each of these methods have proven quite effective in maintaining my endurance along-side those who don't have this condition. This said, the prospect of an ultralight O2 delivery method was quite appealing (even over the inhaler). Alas, it's all smoke & mirrors. For those who swear by this product, I'd also like to mention that in hundreds of thousands of case studies, where a placebo was used, the placebo would occasionally perform just as well as the controlled product; e.g. "mind over matter". In my case, since I have a REAL O2 delivery system (e.g. the med-ox regulator), I can compare how it works to this product. Even when using a foam seal (made from pipe insulator) to help "seal" the rim of this product around my mouth, I feel no different than when I breathe without it. By contrast, after running for 30m< &/or huffing & puffing during &/or after an intense cardio workout, both my "O2 tank" & inhaler offer me near-instant O2 relief (with the O2 tank offering my more "satisfactory relief", faster; hence why this product seemed more appealing than my inhaler). Add to this that when I check my pulse oximeter after an intense workout & use my tank or inhaler, my O2 levels out (to normal) pretty fast. My O2 didn't increase OR level out with this product, but rather decreased (I think b/c it is NOT "pure oxygen", & by putting it on my face, thus restricting my high-volume breathing, actually decreased my uptake). In short, if this works for ya... great. But for those looking for a REAL O2 boost, I'd say stick to O2-restrictive masks (e.g. build your endurance the long & steady, but true, way); adjust your diet to accommodate better red blood cell creation &/or O2 uptake; look up breathing exercises; consider a small, light-weight (1< lb, 25 LPM) O2 tank, to use during or after an intense workout as "recovery O2"; &/or talk to your doc about how to boost your blood O2 (especially if you have O2 medical conditions; like me).The take away..............................?It's a nice concept, but ridiculously fails, as it is NOT "95% pure O2", like the manufacturer claims. In a nutshell, you are spending $10+ for a nice-looking, brushed aluminum can... filled with the same level of O2 you can get by stepping outside. For all intents & purposes, you could take a large garbage bag & "capture" the outside air & breathe from that while working out to get the same effect as breathing from this can (for my own "control test", I actually tried this, lol; & both my pulse oximeter & O2 gas detector reflected this result as well ~ just as other reviewers have stated / shown w/ pics).
