Mould doesn't fit
The sole purpose of the glass is to freeze water inside it by using the supplied mould. Unfortunately the mould doesn't fit the glass. It says fill to the line and pour in; that gives too much water for a start but the main issue being the mould doesn't fit to the side of the glass & ends up just floating on top of the water rather than holding the water against the sides. A waste of time.
