I bought this for my mother-in-law in Algeria. This rug is super soft, perfect size for prayers and great vibrant colors. I took it to a local vendor to have name embroidered on it and she was so surprised and happy. The little black pouch with prayer beads was a nice touch. The beads look so nice and great quality.

The mat is soft, but the main reason I bought it was for its thickness, which is not as advertised at all. Very disappointed, as I specifically chose it for that feature. If you’re looking for a thick prayer mat, this is not it.
