Each piece is handmade to order and can be personalized with names, dates, symbols or words of love and inspiration. We make our products from brass, copper and Sterling silver. Each piece is hand stamped here at K9aroma, one letter at a time with a punch and hammer. Sometimes resulting in "imperfections" such as: slightly crooked, or some letters being deeper than others. This should not be seen as an imperfection, but as character, unique to each hand made piece.

I ordered this item for an anniversary gift, being the last minute person I am I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. Firstly it arrived before the date and I can’t thank you enough for your exceptional customer service and helping to make my day extra special along with the fact that it is a beautiful item exactly as described and seen in the photos, wording was clear to read and my other half loved it and so did I.
