Mis-shapens quite easily
Bought the 28cm pan as it was quite a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Tried it for a chiffon sponge cake and it turned out OK. Washed easily. However be aware that because the pan is so lightweight, it is quite pliable and can misshapen quite easily, in the tube can be pushed to one side with gentle force. Will be interesting to see what shape the next cake will turn out to be!

Very easily bent/dented
This is made of very thin aluminium and dents and/or bents very easily. Mine actually arrived bent, such that the loose base did not sit flush with the cake pan sides.Also, I am not sure how you are meant to cool a cake baked in this pan. Normally, I would invert the pan onto a glass (heatproof) bottle and leave it upside down until cool. The hole in the centre of the funnel of this pan is quite small and would not fit over a standard wine bottle. Maybe you are supposed to just flip it upside down and stand it on the pegs that stick up from the sides? But then what keeps the removable base from sliding down?It was returned.

Thin metal cake tin.
Very thin, cake burn on outside even on low temp. Brought different chiffon cake tin which has thicker aluminium casing, perfect baked chiffon cake. Great size shame about the cake tin being thin.

Per fare angel kake è molto utile poi è leggero facile da usare senza imburrarlo

Mi orienterei per uno stampo per ciambelle tradizionale
Materiale molto leggero. Si deforma con facilità ed è difficile la pulizia interna in quanto i residui di impasto si tolgono con difficoltà
