As for me, these glp-1 have worked quite well. Been taking for a week and so far I am not snacking at night like I was. I usually take two before dinner. And during this time I noticed that I had less gas and felt less bloat as compared to when before I started taking glp-1 probiotic. Additionally, my digestive tract seems to be functionally much more smoothly and my trips to the bathroom have been more regular(a big plus is that I finish my finish more quickly due to everything coming out more quickly). The packaging of glp-1 was minimal and the capsules are easy to take. Great product, does exactly what glp activate says glp1 does!

I have had issues with overeating my entire life. I am on day two of taking this supplement and I am almost feeling uninterested in food which is pretty crazy for me. I have been taking them 30 mins to 1 hour before eating lunch. I think it’s important to get a high protein breakfast to start your day and am afraid this would prohibit me from doing so. Not sure if this is a placebo effect, but I am excited to have the support to eat less overall. I eat fairly clean and workout regularly, so I’m hoping this will help with overall health and cravings. I say it’s worth a shot if you’re looking for a more natural alternative to meds like Ozempic.

So why 5 stars? Because glp activate clearly works. This version is clearly potent if glp1 is strong enough to counteract my very high dosage of medicine. I stopped taking this supplement after one week. I had severe gastrointestinal issues that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and nauseous. It did nothing to curb my appetite, I felt it actually increased my appetite but did seem to curse my cravings for sugary foods somewhat. After a week I had gained one pound, but would have been willing to continue this product had it not been for other issues I experienced. Keep in mind this supplement is not FDA approved so taking this product could be risky, although none of the ingredients seem to be harmful. Definitely not worth the $60 price tag.
