User friendly and installs very quickly. What a space saving device. Highly recommend this product.

This seems to be a well constructed machine. Very quiet and smooth. Opening the case is easy and quick, especially for a small PC, and it compares favorably to models I've owned or worked with from other makers (like HP Elite Mini series, some NUC-style machines, etc.) in both accessibility and easy of cleaning. (Obviously it does require unscrewing things, but that's a minimal issue.) You can replace all the major things like RAM, SSD, and wifi card w/o any trouble. Port choices are also very reasonable and well positioned. Currently running perfectly on Manjaro (Arch Linux derivative) with one minor issue - I had to set Bluetooth control panel to "receive from trusted devices" to send a file from my phone to the machine. Getting 150/380 Mbps Internet speed over wifi (no idea what router is supposed to be capable of, happy enough with that). 150% scaling factor on a TV display works well, no issues. Did not work as well w/ OpenSUSE tumbleweed, which had constant wifi issues - it seems to not have a good kernel or driver for the Intel AX200 for whatever reason. (I think it's known that Intel's driver's for AX200 are kind of finicky.) Was able to swap M.2 wifi card with no issues while evaluating tumbleweed, wouldn't recommend, just go w/ Arch or Manjaro. Any case, highly recommend the machine, it's without a doubt the best mini PC I've owned, though probably the most comparable machine is a Mac Mini, which I can't totally speak to in comparison.

I use this as a small form factor computer for tv gaming. Has worked wonderful thus far unfortunately not quite up to the oblivion remaster but rocks everything else. Maybe soon I can get a newer one from this brand to replace this one and move this one back to my bedroom. Overall I highly recommend and on top of that I think the price of this one has come down since I purchased! Great deal!

A very low price for an amazing value for such a great computer. Comes with Microsoft windows 10. Easily set up, nearly silent and takes up about the smallest amount of space and has multiple input and output ports for connection to just about any other external device. My Beeline model came with 1 T of storage, 256 k memory and room inside for even more. Easy setup and user friendly.

updates wont install, tried 4 times. Returning.

I am using it for +month now. It has a weird problem, mostly a hardware one: while I am using it it just shutdown! No warning, no errors, no restarts! Just a shutdown. Mostly while doing a gpu task. First time it happened thought it was a glitch or somehting. Then it happened multiple times. Then I saw the pattern. It shutdown 3 times in a row when Editing a pic at the same point. Hope to get a solution or similar issue?

Mini PCs seemed cool to me until I bought this. Got a new SER8 from Beelink. The bluetooth is always choppy, when I use my headphone jack the audio is abnormally low to the point of being unusable, the WIFI is absolutely dreadful (even when I turn it on its side my phone wifi performs better. And yes I have all the latest updates. These things probably just are premature. Don't say I didn't warn you. Hate that I spent the money, just get a laptop you know works or a PC with a larger form factor, or maybe the Mac mini is more reliable.

I waited 6 months before reviewing this fine little pc. We bought this to replace an old laptop. We ended up using our own screen so buying a laptop with a screen that we would never use seemed nuts. You get better specs with a mini pc for the same price as a laptop, but you do lose portability. The build is impressive. We initially had an issue with wifi connectivity, but the company was quick to send out a new wifi card, which fixed the problem. It is nice to be able to upgrade the storage and memory. We ended up putting in a new 4 tb Samsung 990 Pro SSD in. Works great. I would definitely recommend this pc. It packs a big punch in a small form factor.

Es cierto lo que dicen otros comentarios, por le precio es una buena minipc. Juegos como No Man's Sky o Robocop, los he jugado sin problemas. Pero tiene límites. La nueva versión de Elder Scroll Oblivion, no pudo con ella, detectó que solo tiene 4 de ram para video y necesita al menos 6 o algo así. Senua's Saga Hellblade 2, creo que es su límite, se juega pero no con buena calidad. Sin embargo, la mayor desventaja es la conexión a internet, es muy lento, Oblivión tardó 9 horas en descargar 100 gigas!!! y tengo 500 megas de internet. al final tuve que desinstalarlo. Hasta el momento es el único inconveniente, para las demás tareas está sobrada como Photoshop, Illustrator o Corel, cuatro estrellas. update: Se resolvió perfecto comprando una antena wifi, en checkspeed antes de la antena estaba en 20-40 y ahora está en 250-300.

Até então o produto tem atendido bem as expectativas e o design é bem elegante. Um grande diferencial é que ele não esquenta tanto quanto o SER6 que foi descontinuado Outro ponto importante é o suporte: tanto a empresa que me vendeu quanto o suporte da Beelink são e foram excepcionais. Não tem comparação

Actually a killer value. Only thing I had to do was install an application called FanControl to control the fan speed, which by default has a higher RPM than needed. The fan can run at 20% speed and be literally silent. RDNA 3 means it has all the latest Radeon driver features like FSR 3, RSR and frame gen. Can play any AAA title at 1080p medium settings. Lots of I/O, Wake on LAN works, Ethernet hits gigabit speeds just fine. Super easy to open up (only non-standard thing is the 4 screws on the bottom are covered with rubber plugs, you can take them out with a small flathead screwdriver or tweezers). It's literally a completely non-locked PC, just like if you built your own, not like a mainstream OEM that restricts its BIOS options. You won't be disappointed with this mini PC
