I've owned this bike since May 2025. When I originally received the unit there was a issue with the battery. I reached out to Movcan and they responded immediately. We were able to get the bike up and going. With the battery being such a key component on any electric bike (50% of the bike's value), I shared my concerns and Movcan agreed to replace the battery should it fail if I decided to retain the unit. I keep the unit and as luck would have it-the battery lost most of its range and the charge would discharge quickly. I reached out to Movcan and after some tests they have agreed to keep all of the terms they agreed to-- Most ebike companies in the "affordable" range don't even answer when you reach out to them. Movcan is a fair, extremely punctual and true to their word. They are a company of honor! This is rare in today's industry. This is the 2nd Movcan I've purchased I highly recommend Movcan as a company as a consumer I trust. The entry level ebikes across the industry aren't perfect, but having a vender that excels in making the purchase fair, equitable and being responsive ensures we get a fair deal for our purchase. Yes, expect you many have a issue as is common across the entry level ebike spectrum but Movcan we have a partner who will work to make it RIGHT!!! --Also - The bike is absolutely Awesome!!!!! Very well made and durable for any conditions. I have already put 20 miles on it. And it’s very smooth and faster than it was listed. I was expecting it not to have so much power considering I am 320 pounds. But I took it on the highway and almost went 40 miles an hour. I use it to commute daily back-and-forth to work and is very reliable. I ridden it until battery was almost completely dead and it never lost power. I will say the only thing I disliked was a little rattle noise. It makes when the suspension is being used to go over bumpy terrain. Everything else about the bike was perfect. For the price and quality I would totally recommend this for even a beginner e-bike rider. Full disclosure warning I am a little over 6 foot. And this bike was almost too tall for me to get on. And this bike does come with a lot of additions that aren’t listed, which is a big plus and they are good quality as well. It came with a full set of tools to adjust everything and assemble. It came with a bicycle pump. A cell phone rack. A combination bike walk that can be set to any combination. Extra tubes for your tires. extra nuts and bolts just in case you lose any. I also got a rack to mount on the front for a basket or cargo. This product was also packaged with regards for eye care. When it got here, the package was torn up pretty bad by the delivery company, but the bike was untouched on the inside with how much protection came with it. I will say all around the company thought of everything with his bike. All the way down to comfort all the way up to quality. they got everything right with his bike.

Put the thing together in 1 hour. Plus 1 hour cleanup of everything. Did a quick test ride up to 20MPH on the current charge, before charging. Quality seems good, Comfort good. One thing i thought was weird was the Key was just to remove the Battery pack, didn't see a way to lock down the bike electrical so anyone could jump on and drive it away. Came with extra break pads, pump, a bike lock, but i got a better one ordered. Bike pump was not good though i don't care about that since i have an air compressor. Looking at other reviews people had tires not stay in the rims, That's because they put too much air pressure in them, these tires say max PSI is 20, just don't put more than that in there. People also complained about the breaks, but i found the breaks to be extremely good so also not sure what they were talking about. Love the FULL lighting. Headlight, Break Light, Turn signals, and even a horn. I just got it so this is at first glance. Nice job on this bike so far. UPDATE: This is really good value for the cost, best I've found anywhere. I've been riding to work now for about 1 month. Doesn't go quite as far on a charge as stated but also I'm not peddling much and using max throttle on power lvl5, so probably why.

Display doesn't work and the motor leaks. Can't get in touch with anyone on customer service at Movcan

We bought this for our son for Christmas. Wasn’t really sure which way to go on e-bikes since there are so many brands out there so we decided to go with movcan since it had good power and stylish bike. We bought the V30max. Customer service has been top notch with all my interactions with them. They replied in a timely manner and took care of us.

I have to say I am impressed with Movcan. Both the company and the e-bike. I was looking for it E-Bike that was affordable but rugged enough to do light off Roading as my son has a razor dirtbike and he likes to go off Roading when we ride. This E-Bike showed resiliency while going over dirt trails and light sand. It mowed over grass easily as well. I found the acceleration to be great. I had questions for Customer Service when I first got the bike and they were very responsive via email and via Amazon messaging. If you’re having any doubts about Customer Service, don’t. I think for the VALUE this is one of the best if not the best E-Bike on the market as you get all the bells and whistles for a fraction of the price. I would buy one for my son however it is relatively tall and the seat sits at a little over 32 inches. I am 5’7” and I can get on but my feet are not flat on the floor when I sit down so I need to usually lean to one side when I stop at lights, etc. Other than that, I really have no complaints about the E-Bike and have been riding it for a few months now.

The perfect e-bike! Easy to assemble, fast and the battery life is amazing! . It makes commuting a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and efficient way to get around.
