I love this massager. It gets quite hot, but you can turn it down. My daughter uses it for our pedicures. The temperature control is absolutely needed & works well. The quality is top notch in my opinion. It's very easy to control & the water temperature goes down quickly if it's too hot. I'd absolutely recommend this product! The massaging mechanism is also quite calming & I loved it! My feet are a size 10 in women's & my daughter is an 11 & both fit comfortably inside the tub.

- UPDATE- After posting my review, the company reached out to me and sent me a new tub. I was finally able to use it this weekend (after having surgery a few weeks ago) I used it out on my concrete patio in case this one leaked as well. However it did not. I was able to do an at home pedicure and it worked as advertised. The water stayed warm, and the bubbles helped rejuvenate my feet. Leaving one star off for poor QA/QC, as I shouldn't have received a defective product first. --I was so excited to get this. Took it out of the box and read the instructions. First use and it leaked!!!!! So disappointed!!! I was really hoping to use this for at home pedicures since the closest nail salon is 34 miles from home. But unless I want to mop up water, looks like I will be returning for a refund

This was a great foot spa until it suddenly stopped working 29 days after purchase. I went to use it tonight and the screen reads "OF". Because there's no manual, I can't troubleshoot. The buttons do not work, so it doesn't heat up, doesn't bubble, doesn't light up. After about an hour, it suddenly started bubbling on its own. I tried the buttons again, but still nothing worked. So I unplugged it, poured out the water, disinfected it and put it away. I guess it'll just be a useless basin for basic soaking until I find a replacement.

Updated review: This item is hit or miss and it is no fault of the seller. I would say the mixed reviews are accurate. Some work perfectly, while others are faulty. Just make sure you check yours as soon as you purchase so you can return it if it's faulty. I am upgrading my review from 1 to 4 stars because of the seller's customer service. They issued me a full refund despite being outside of my return window, and without me asking for it. They did NOT ask me to change my review, I am doing it purely out of gratitude. If the bath had not leaked, I would give it 5 stars. Original review: I thought I was in love with this thing until I realized that it had leaked from the bottom and soaked my area rug, rug pad and carpet. I was very mindful of the water level and kept it between the minimum and maximum levels. Another review mentioned a bottom drain, so I don’t know if there is a way for me to close it and stop the leaking. If so, I’d love to know how. My return window is closed and I don’t want to be stuck with a defective item.

I have had this item for a few years, but I have used it less than one time per month during that time. The motor that provides the bubbles stopped working. I do not recommend.
