You’ll mainly taste Apple Cider Vinger so don’t buy if that really turns you off. I think it tastes great - it doesn’t take much to provide some oil & flavour.

This is now my go-to default O&V dressing, I thought it might be a bit imbalanced, as many supermarket brands are, but it is a "smooth" blend of wonderful ingredients that all taste like they belong on a vegetable salad. (For example, I have always thought that Wishbone's tastes like battery acid and Bernstein's was waaaay too spicey/salty!) You could undoubtedly use this for pasta salads too but, so far, I have just had it on green salads. Love that everything is organic and that it is very low in sodium with no added salt! In the future, I will buying this by the case, when I can. It will replace my Paul Newman's, which advertises that it is made with olive and EVOO, but which also contains other oils as well! Black mark, Paul Newman! I would definitely recommend that you try this and I bet you won't be disappointed! :)
