Arisun Mount Baldy Tire Arisun Mount Baldy+ 27.5x2.8 Bk Wire/60

Thought I'd chime in as I'm on my second pair of Arisun Mount Baldy tires and they don't have many reviews. I'm giving them 5 stars because these tires never let me down, I had a lot of fun with them and they were a great price. I don't ride tubeless and I don't know if these tires can be ridden tubeless. They fit my Sunringle rims just fine on my Trek Fuel 5EX mountain bike. I use slime tubes and never had to repair my tubes, even though I ride in the Phoenix sonoran desert 3 times a week, about 17 miles a time, and where I ride is riddled with cactus spines. The tires on both occasions lasted 6 months, eventually losing a bit of traction. Initial traction was good. Understand these are not super expensive tires, and they don't say tubeless ready. But I think they are fairly good quality (120 threads per inch is supposed to be good anyway). I weighed the used tire and it came in at just under 900 grams. Not sure what it would be for a new tire (anybody?). To reiterate, the tire I'm reviewing is the 27.5" 2.8" (i.e. the plus size tire). I'm leaning towards tubeless so I'm buying a different tire this time round, but I really enjoyed my Mount Baldy experience!

These were a great upgrade for my hardtail plus bike. Roll fast. Great grip even when it's wet and muddy. Can't beat these especially for the price.Update: been using these for about 1 full season.. I have beat on these tires in some of the worst rock gardens I have ever ridden in with tons of grip and no flats or unusual wear marks in the tread or side wall... Can't recommend these enough.

Really nice tires, for the price especially. No complaints, these tires are legit.
